All products are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate colors and descriptions, but cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exact. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust your order.
5. Orders & Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it for any reason. Once we confirm your order via email, a binding contract exists. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse orders that appear to be for resale.
6. Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as shown at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. CASALAB is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Title and ownership transfer upon delivery.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love your CASALAB products. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus any shipping charges. Custom or clearance items are final sale. Please see our full Return Policy for details.
9. Warranty & Disclaimers
We warrant that our products are free from material defects for one year from purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper care. Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of the purchase price. All products are provided “as is” except as expressly stated. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CASALAB, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

18. Miscellaneous
